"After deciding to change my life I chose VPhysique!  After two major shoulder surgeries and a heart surgery that had me out of the gym for almost 8 years, I was in terrible shape. Dan and I had several talks and he designed a program for me. After I asked 50 plus questions, I was ready to make a change. Within 4 weeks I went from "flabby" to "abby."  Couldn’t believe how fast this program worked!! Each meal was planed and workout was followed.  All I had to was work hard and follow the plan.  Every question I had he answered. Phone, email or text he was always available to help. 

Within the first month people at work started asking questions about what I was doing and how was my body changing that fast. Each week the results just got better and confidence was gained.  As a former college athlete, at the age of 37, I am in better shape now then I was in college or at 25 before my shoulders went out.  I have been around the gym my whole life and used to bench almost 400 lbs but I have never been this ripped or been more proud of my accomplishments.  This only took 12 weeks and not years like in the past.  If you want to change you’re life and not afraid to work hard this program is for you. "VPhysique was recommended by a friend that has had a similar athletic lifestyle as me, but as you get older it’s hard to maintain that college level fitness. He went through the program and absolutely crushed it, body fat percentage I thought only people on TV had. So I had to give it a try, and have not been disappointed.

Results so far (Week 10 of 12), I’ve dropped 20lbs and have definition in muscles that even in my prime in college didn’t have. If you commit to the plan, Dan will dial into your specific body to get the best results.

About me: I’ve been a gym nut since high school, in and out of standard workouts like P90x and other beach body programs. I’ve bulked and I’ve leaned out but never found that sweet spot where I was lean with muscles. With this program I’ve matched my best fitness in about 8 weeks into the program, and look forward to the end results in 12 weeks.

From a diet perspective it is AWSOME, so much food and some flexibility to still be a human and eat out. When you have days that you feel like your nutritional program was tougher than the workout you know you’re in the right place. From a workout perspective it is challenging, but a diverse approach to get total body results. When you combine these two things and commit, you will not be disappointed in the results."

“Before I started this 10wk challenge I was miserable and embarrassed at myself for the way I had let myself go. As a mom of three with three very athletic kids you get caught up with all the activities and places to go.
You develop bad eating habits and just grabbing something fast and or easy. Over time your busy with life and you wake up one day and look in the mirror and you look like my before pics.

I’ve had a great experience with Daniel & the program he planned for me.. Daniel knows his stuff. I’ve tried every program imaginable and I’ve never had these kind of results this fast like I have with Daniel.. I’ve lost more weight in a 10 wk time period but that was it.. I was skinner with no muscle tone.
When I started this challenge I weighed 152 & 38in waist..
I currently weigh 147 & 32in waist.. I’ve lost 6in in my waist & I’ve only lost 5lbs but I have gained a healthier mindset, I’m stronger, I’ve transformed fat into muscle & overall I just feel better.
