💰Hiring me as Your Coach Saves You Money Rather Than Costs You💰 

 
As a professional transformation coach my favorite response to hear during a consultation is always “i really want you to coach me but I just can’t afford you”. 
 
My average price per day for fully tailored training and nutritional coaching/meal plan/recipes/supplement and vitamin guide/cardio guide/cheat meal guide/weekly check ins and full access to my me throughout. 
 
After we briefly go through their current nutrition and habits my response to this statement is always the same. “Great news! You’ve actually already been paying for my services this whole time you’ve just been depositing the funds to the wrong service provider.”Let me explain...
 
Of the countless unnecessary things most Americans attempting to change their health or physique here are JUST A FEW:
 
1. The WRONG food for their goals at the grocery store (too much of the wrong types of fats/carbs/protein/fruits/etc. People always forget that just cause a food is considered “healthy” does not mean it’s good for reaching their desired goals) usually this already has them far over the $3.33 per day threshold but let’s continue on...
 
2. Starbucks or coffee out instead of having a nice cup of home brewed coffee at home and not those liquid candy bars. Average price spent at Starbucks is $4 a visit. Energy drinks is $3 a drink. 
 
3. Fast food-  outings average $6 a visit in America. Eating out at restaurants instead of cooking at home we all know is astronomically higher. 
 
4. Smoothie or meal replacement shake- (never necessary and a waste of your money unless you make them correctly at home with Whole Foods) average price is $5
 
5. Protein powder- average $32 tub and the average person has 3-4 a day. No more than 2, if any are needed and Food will always work better and faster than shakes if you’re eating the right food. 
 
7. Unnecessary supplements- Remember, the word supplement means “something that completes or enhances something else when added to it”. In terms of changing your physique this translates to nearly all supplements being pointless and a waste of money if your diet is not spot on first. This is where so much money has been wasted by people. Average of $2 a day but some I’ve talked to have sent me pictures of a pantry with more supplements in it than food. 
 
The list goes on and on and once you realize exactly how much $ has been wasted by you trying to google or follow other people’s approaches you realize the biggest downside of it all. Not the wasted $ but all the wasted TIME ⏰. 
 
It shouldn’t take longer than 12 weeks to dramatically change your physique like the clients shown here. If it’s taking longer you’re not on the right track. I started my company to get people away from the high costs of personal trainers and dietitians that can cost thousands per month and teach you all how to do it yourselves so eventually you won’t  have to rely on paying others and you can use your hard earned money for your kids or vacations.
